We have tried to keep the process for ordering balls simple by including everything possible. However, we are asked some common questions which we have listed here to help you plan your design.
How many print colours can we have?
Can we print tints & tones?
You can have up to 10 spot colours but this would charge you extra. Prices subject to final number of colours.
Can we print across panels to created a larger design.
We can screen print tints and tones to a certain degree but would need to see your final design before we can confim,.
Can the panels be Pantone Matched?
Yes. We can print your logo across panels. However, there may some registration tolerances once the balls are stitched but this will be minimal.
The ball panels can be produced using Pantone matched PVC for quantities above 500 pieces. If below 500 we can try to find a suitable stock shade that can be accepted or we can print the panel with the PMS colour needed. Please be aware that the durability of the panel is prone to wearing off with continued use and can also be prone to cracking.
Our logo is 4 colour process. Can we print in full colour.
4 Colour process can be offered but we would print using Transfer Printing which will cost extra. Basketballs are transfer printed to start with. We can confirm the price on sight of your design. Production time will be longer if required.
